Generally speaking, the quality of residential real estate in Aspen is amazing. We represent some of the most incredible properties in the country for some of the most discerning buyers and sellers. Recently I had a request for something I had not given thought to. A home with both mountain views and river impact.

Think about that combo; A home situated close to running water with the soothing sound of the river combined with views of our surrounding mountain peaks. That combo would be hard to beat, and hard to find.
