My Heart is in Old Snowmass (along with my stuff)

One of the aspects of real estate that I enjoy the most is interacting with smart, innovative clients. While part of my role is to identify opportunities, in some cases my clients have a very different lens in which they look through and see something of value that may not be obvious.

A recent case in point is my client that purchased the Old Snowmass Conoco property, a commercial parcel with multiple tenants and a fuel station. While he purchased it as an investment property, he saw an opportunity beyond the existing. The parcel included a flat area that was historically used as a storage lot (fancy name for a boneyard) for vehicles and otherwise useless equipment. I saw junk, he saw income.

Introducing Old Snowmass Self Storage. Conveniently located on Hwy 82 with easy access, they offer a variety of sizes from garage to closet. Perhaps more importantly, their rates are competitive as compared to the upvalley options and they have units available.

You may find me there eating the best breakfast burrito in the valley, buying gas, getting my car repaired or putting my bikes in storage. What else could I ask for in Old Snowmass?
